Privacy Policy — AI Frame Dashboard

This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard information when you use the AI Frame Dashboard located at aiframe.app. We are committed to protecting your privacy. Where applicable laws provide additional rights, we honor those rights.

1) Scope & Roles

This policy applies to all data processed through the AI Frame Dashboard, including account creation, content generation, billing, and platform usage. AI Frame (Heritage Fashion LLC-FZ) is the data controller for dashboard users.

2) Data We Process

  • Account & Business Information: Name, email, company details, role, authentication identifiers (passwords are hashed).
  • Content You Provide: Product images, prompts, text, videos, and other materials uploaded to generate content; generated outputs; project names and metadata.
  • Billing & Transactions: Subscription plan, invoice history, payment status (payments are processed by third-party providers such as Stripe).
  • Telemetry & Support Data: Device and browser information, IP address, usage events, crash logs,Messages you send to support
  • Cookies & Analytics: Session cookies for login and service functionality and Performance and usage analytics (e.g., GA4, error monitoring) (e.g., GA4).

3) Purposes of Processing

We use your data to provide, maintain, and improve the Dashboard, authenticate and secure accounts, generate and deliver requested content, prevent misuse, debug, monitor reliability, Manage billing and account settings, communicate updates and provide support, and comply with legal obligations.

We do not use your content for advertising, profiling, or training generalized AI models without clear opt-in consent.

4) Retention & Deletion

  • Dashboard content is retained until you delete it or close your account Backups delete on a rolling schedule
  • Logs retained 30–90 days.
  • Billing records retained up to 7 years as required by law.

5) Disclosures & Sub-processors

We share data only with vetted service providers that support the Dashboard (hosting, storage, inference, payments, analytics, logging, customer support). A maintained list is available at: /legal/subprocessors We do not sell personal data.

6) International Transfers

Where data is transferred internationally, we use valid safeguards such as EU Standard Contractual Clauses when required.

7) Security

We use industry-standard measures including HTTPS, data encryption, role-based access, and continuous security monitoring.

8) Your Rights

10) Children

The Dashboard is not directed to children under 13 (or applicable local age).
