1.1 Corporate Entity

Ai Frame is provided by Heritage Fashion L.L.C.-FZ, a limited liability free zone company in the UAE, registered at: Meydan Grandstand, 6th Floor, Meydan Road, Nad Al Sheba, Dubai, U.A.E.

2.1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering, or using Ai Frame, you acknowledge you have read and understood these Terms, and agree to be bound by them. If you use Ai Frame on behalf of an entity, you represent and warrant you have authority to bind that entity.

2.2 Minimum Age & Capacity

You may use the Platform only if you have legal capacity to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction.

3.1 Service Description

Ai Frame lets users upload clothing images and prompts to generate synthetic fashion model images (“Generated Images”) for personal or commercial use (see Section 7).

3.2 AI Output & Limitations

AI may produce inaccurate, unexpected, or biased results. We do not warrant every output will meet your requirements. We target a high satisfaction rate and encourage additional generations.

3.3 Prohibited Uses

• Pornographic, explicit, or NSFW content
• Hate, harassment, or discrimination
• Violence or harm encouragement
• Any unlawful or rights-infringing use

We may suspend/terminate accounts immediately for violations.

4.1 Account Creation

Provide accurate details (email, password, etc.) when creating an account.

4.2 Security & Unauthorized Access

You are responsible for safeguarding credentials and notifying us of any suspected unauthorized use.

4.3 Free Trial

New users receive 6 free credits. Afterward, a paid plan is required.

5.1 Plans

Tiers are listed at aiframe.app and specify credits, features, and fees.

5.2 Currency & Processor

• All payments charged in Euros (EUR).
• Stripe processes payments on our behalf.

5.3 Fees & Taxes

• Fees exclude applicable taxes (incl. UAE VAT).
• Your card issuer or Stripe may add extra fees (e.g., FX fees).

5.4 Auto-Renewal

Subscriptions may renew automatically unless cancelled.

5.5 Late Payment & Suspension

We may suspend service for unpaid fees.

5.6 Refunds

• No refunds for aesthetic dissatisfaction. For clear technical faults or persistent errors, we may provide refunds/credits at our discretion.
• Email support@aiframe.app within a reasonable time to request a review.

6.1 Definition

“User Content” means images, prompts, text, data, and other materials you upload. You warrant you have necessary rights and do not violate law or third-party rights.

6.3 Right to Remove

We may monitor/edit/remove content breaching these Terms.

6.4 Indemnification

You will indemnify us for claims arising from your content.

7.1 Platform Ownership

All IP in Ai Frame remains Heritage Fashion L.L.C.-FZ’s (and its licensors’). No ownership transfer.

7.2 License Grant

Subject to compliance and payment, you receive a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use Generated Images for lawful personal or commercial purposes.

7.3 No Sublicensing

No resale/sublicense unless we agree in writing (agencies can contact us for custom terms).

7.4 Marketing Use

We may reference your brand and/or showcase Generated Images for marketing. To opt out, email support@aiframe.app.

8.1 Privacy Policy

Your use of Ai Frame is subject to our Privacy Policy (link to be provided).

8.2 Data Storage

Data is hosted on AWS; no method is 100% secure.

8.3 Compliance

We strive to comply with UAE data protection laws and recognized principles (e.g., GDPR). You remain responsible for local law compliance.

9.1 Term

These Terms apply while you use or maintain an account.

9.2 By User

You may cancel any time via settings or by contacting support@aiframe.app. No prorated refunds unless Section 5.6 applies.

9.3 By Heritage

We may suspend/terminate immediately for non-payment, prohibited content, unlawful behavior, or legal violations.

9.4 Effect

Access ceases; account data may be deleted.

10.1 As-Is Service

Ai Frame is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE”.

10.2 AI Limits

No guarantee every output meets your expectations.

10.3 No Warranty

We disclaim implied warranties (merchantability, fitness, non-infringement) and uninterrupted/error-free service.

11.1 Exclusions

No liability for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages (incl. loss of profits/data/goodwill).

11.2 Cap

Total cumulative liability shall not exceed fees paid in the prior six (6) months.

11.3 Local Law

Some jurisdictions may not permit certain limitations; your rights may vary.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Heritage Fashion L.L.C.-FZ and affiliates from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your use of Ai Frame, violation of these Terms, infringement of rights, or claims related to User Content.

13.1 Law

Laws of the Emirate of Dubai (and applicable UAE federal law) govern these Terms.

13.2 Jurisdiction

Exclusive jurisdiction: courts of Dubai.

13.3 Injunctive Relief

We may seek equitable relief to protect IP or prevent unauthorized use.

14.1 Updates

We may modify these Terms; material changes will be noticed (e.g., email or in-product notice).

14.2 Acceptance

Continued use after the effective date constitutes consent.

• No waiver: failure to enforce isn’t a waiver.
• Severability: invalid parts don’t affect the rest.
• Entire agreement: these Terms supersede prior understandings.
• Relationship: no partnership/JV/agency/employment is created.
• Assignment: we may assign; you need prior written consent.
• Force Majeure: not liable for events beyond reasonable control.
